Fastop S.r.l. owns more than 45 production machines and invests each year in new plant and the latest technology. The following illustrate our different production capabilities.

Shop floors:

CNC floor

• 13 CNC multi-axis turning centres, max allowable diameter Ø70mm (Nakamura-Tome, Biglia, Mazak) equipped with automatic bar feeders (Iemca, LNS, Cucchi) or loading robot.
• 8 CNC multi-axis turning centres with sliding headstocks, max allowable diameter Ø32mm (Tsugami-Mori, NexTurn)
• 1 CNC multi-axis milling and turning centre Mazak Integrex with tool-change chain and automatic bar feeder.

Multi-spindle floor

• 24 automatic multi-spindle lathes, maximum working diamter Ø48mm (Tornos, Schutte, Index, Gildemeister), equipped with automatic bar feeders (Iemca, Cucchi).

Single-spindle floor

• 5 conventional single-spindle automatic lathes ranging from Ø12 to 60mm working diameter (Index) with bar feeders (Iemca).
