Product traceability


	Each delivery of primary material is labelled with an individual lot number identifying the supplier, quality and casting. Each batch of primary material is supplied with a relative analysis certificate.
	Production is organised according to job-orders: this system guarantees the traceability of each batch of primary material used.
	With every production order a conformity report containing the results of tolerance tests according to the specification of the client is produced.
	Stored finished products are also identified by lot number on the basis of the production batch: for every delivery the lot number of the primary material used, the job-order and the conformity report produced at machining startup are traceable.
