The quality management system adopted by FASTOP S.R.L. is UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certified by TUV ITALIA (certificate no. 50 100 9634) for chip removal work accordingly to clients’ specifications and drawings.

The system foresees the computerized management of batch production and storage by job-order.

Batches of raw materials are supplied with supplier certificates attesting to their quality, status and chemical composition.

Chip removal work (both internal and outsourced) is subject to the production of a report containing tolerance test results on the basis of client specifications.

For galvanizing or other special treatments (heat, surface, etc.) carried out externally, the supplier certifies compliance with the characteristics requested.

In this way, product quality is guaranteed and traceability ensured at all times via reports and certificates for each batch delivered.

The efficient archiving of all the documents necessary for production and management completes the system.

Should the client have any problems, a non-conformity procedure is opened immediately and can only be closed after the problem is effectively resolved, and the implementation of new corrective and preventive actions achieved in an efficient manner.
